Dear Youth Directors,
Christian greetings!
First, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to each of you for your contributions to the cause of Jesus and the positive impact you are making on our young Adventists. I have noticed that some churches are actively participating in GYD and GCD. We are very happy to see our young people motivated, active, and committed to making a difference in their communities, even without financial assistance. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to the pastors who are faithfully leading the youth programs.
Secondly, we have decided to postpone our Youth Week of Prayer to April 5-12. We encourage everyone to observe this designated week. However, in the event of uncontrollable circumstances, local churches are free to schedule their activities as best suits their situations.
Thirdly, I will be sending all the sermons translated into Myanmar. If you are able to translate them into your local dialects, that would be greatly appreciated. I would like to see more young people participating in sermon delivery. I appeal to our pastors and church leaders to kindly train and guide our youth speakers to ensure proper preparation, as you know what works best in your own context.
Lastly, please ensure that all your Youth Leadership Summit delegates register using the Google form I sent. Due to arrival times, we will not have a meeting on March 24. Instead, we will move that schedule to March 25 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
